An ideal hall for organizing conferences, presentations, small events, photo sets, and art exhibitions. It is possible to use the Event Room for a capacity of 50/60 guests. The Conference Room for a capacity of 30 guests. Additional services to be agreed upon with the management.

Frequently asked questions
How many people do the two rooms hold?
Two rooms of different sizes: the Events Room, 77 sqm, takes 50/60 guests; the Meeting Room, 45 sqm, takes 30. Both have natural light as well as artificial.
What equipment is provided?
The Events Room has a 4K projector with a 120-inch screen, an audio system with three microphones and a small podium for the speaker; the Meeting Room has a 60-inch HD TV, the same audio system and a desk for one or two speakers. Both have Wi-Fi, tea and coffee.

Can we have lunch on site?
Yes. The villa's restaurant serves those inside the estate, private events included, and for business lunches the kitchen works to order, as a buffet or served at the table. Lunch is arranged along with the other additional services.
Is there parking, and how far is Florence?
Free parking in the villa's park, about fifteen minutes from the centre of Florence, motorway exit A1 Firenze Nord. It is a room inside a villa, not in a conference centre.
