Two kitchens, one great evening
Bacchette & Forchette, "chopsticks and forks", is now a fixed Friday night at Fantastic Garden in Sesto Fiorentino, just outside Florence. There are two full buffets, one for each kitchen, and in between the fusion buffet, with dishes that bring Tuscany and China together, by chef Gaetano Micera.
