House rules
- There is no lifeguard: you swim at your own risk and parents are responsible for minors
- A shower before entering the water is compulsory; diving from the edge is not allowed
- Food and drink from outside are not allowed
- Umbrellas cannot be booked: they are assigned on arrival, while they last
- Sunbeds are not assigned in advance: first to arrive picks from the free ones
- Only small dogs, up to 5 kg and on a lead; never in the water or on the sunbeds
- No smoking on the sunbeds or at the poolside: there is a designated smoking area
- A swimming cap is not required
- For external guests a towel is not included: bring one from home
Frequently asked questions
How late in the year is the pool open?
The 2026 season ends on Sunday 27 September. From Monday 21 to Friday 25 September the pool is open in the afternoon only, 14:00–19:00, and on those days there is no lunch service; on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 it is open all day (09:30–19:00), lunch included. From Monday 28 September it closes until next season, and the 2027 opening date is not set yet. The rest of the venue stays open: restaurant, pizzeria and Aperitime every evening from 18:30.
Do I need to book, or can I just turn up?
Bookings are currently taken online only. Book a few days ahead: weekends and sunny days fill up quickly.
Is a sunbed included?
Yes. Every package includes entry and a sunbed. Umbrellas cannot be booked and are assigned on a first-come basis.
Is there a lifeguard?
No. Swimming is at your own risk and parents are responsible for minors. A shower before entering the water is compulsory and diving from the edge is not allowed.
Can I pay for entry only and stay on the lawn with my own towel?
No. Since 2026 we no longer offer entry on its own: every package includes a sunbed.
Is there parking?
Yes, free and large private parking inside the villa's park, about fifteen minutes from central Florence: motorway exit A1 Firenze Nord.
I am a hotel guest: how does the pool work?
For hotel guests entry is free, with sunbeds in a reserved area and a Fantastic Garden towel included, collected at check-in. Booking is still recommended.
